Selected performers should be:

Strong readers and storytellers

Comfortable working in a staged reading format

Open to reflective and collaborative work

Available for limited rehearsals leading up to the event
Plays will be performed with scripts in hand and minimal staging.

STAGE MANAGER
This key leadership role will help coordinate rehearsals, communicate with directors and performers, organize production logistics, and ensure the event runs smoothly from rehearsal through performance.
We're looking for someone who is:
• Organized and dependable
• A clear communicator
• Comfortable coordinating people and schedules
STAGE CREW VOLUNTEERS
Assist with light stage setup and transitions between staged readings. No professional theatre experience required—just dependability, teamwork, and a willingness to help behind the scenes.
Availability required August 14–15.
